Hi well I have noticed I have like dimples at the top of my thighs below my but, there not overly noticeable but yano I notice them, and I want them removed. Can you guys think of exercise that can make hem dissaper. I want them gone before july, so I can just walk around in my bikini not self conciously
Also lower stomach I want it as toned as the top, what exercises should I do.

fallenangel921 answered Saturday April 28 2007, 1:57 am: wait r you talking bout dimples or stretch marks? because if its stretch marks you can put coconut oil on it and it helps it disappear. also an exercise you could do is lie on ur side and keep lifting your legs up like 1 day you do it 10 times on each leg next day you do it 15 times on each leg ect ect.
