I don't know if you'd consider My Chemical Romance common or not, but I definitely reccomend them. They're my favorite band. =). If you don't like their new stuff, try to listen to their older albums (they didn't just come out, like everyone else thinks). Revenge and 'I Brought you my Love, you Brought me Bullets'.
