Anyways, here's a few things to keep in mind:
-No matter what you're doing, you should work out for at least 30 minutes day 3-5 days a week.
-Sweating is good, cardio makes you sweat. Therefore, cardio=good.
As for routines, I have some Tae-Bo tapes that I used to do every day (except weekends) for about 30 minutes a few times a week.
Now, I have a different schedule:
-Monday through Friday I get up in the morning and power walk/jog 20 minutes. It's over a mile.
-Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do some other stuff like ab work, squats, lunges, push ups, etc to tone up my problem areas.
-Saturday and Sunday I do NOTHING. I also eat whatever I want on those days...but I didn't do that when I was still trying to lose weight. One day a week could be beneficial though.
Hope that helps! And if you ever need anything else, you can IM me on AIM (galelvr66) or email me at deviant_queen@yahoo.com.
