cliques
okay so anyone who's every read the clique series knows how close Massie and her friends are. well i want to have a clique like that and go shopping together with my friends. we sort of have a clique (4 of us) but i dont know if they want to hang out alot. how do i get a clique like the Pretty Committe? im 13/f by the way

Cliques are a bad idea, but if you want one, then just start hanging out more. I'm pretty sure they'll want to.

yeah my little sister reads those books... i love the clothes they wear in them. but uhh i don't think you really want a clique like that. if you act all exclusive and snobby then NO ONE will like you! ... just a warning... i 've seen it happen too many times. you can't just like decide to make an speical clique and have everyone copy your every move so if that's what you want sorry. what i would do is just invite your friends over every weekend for like different activities like going to theme parks, shopping, go out to dinner, going to the city, sleepovers, etc. but if another girl is nice to you guys (likee olivia or claire in the clique), don't be all snobby and like "we're to good for you" ... just accept them. there's no real way to immediatley make your friends "closer" execpt for time. also, don't limit yourself to just hanging around your "clique" of girls. you'll end up with very few friends. trust me- i'm in high school and i know how these things play out.
