i dont get it:(
I found this in a quotes website and i really dont understand it.Can any one of you please explain it to me??

at first the person is saying that it is foolish to waste time, and he would never do such a thing. but then, he "wasted time" overall just worrying about always being on the right task... and then he realizes that time is limited, and he should spend it doing what he loves.
thats what i got out of it anyways.
