The only person who can really be of assistance to you is a tattoo artist themselves that knows about this kind of thing and how to keep the client safe and comfortable.

If you call any tattoo parlor and tell them what you want to have tattooed and mention your medical issue they'll know a way around it or can recommend something.

A tattoo parlor that you ring just out of the phone book will also be able to tell you about different types of needles. I know that having called one right out of the yellow pages and asked a ton of questions. They appreciate that and it's something they will help you with willingly and without any problem.
