PLEASE DON'T TELL ME YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE GIRLS WHO CARE HOW MUCH THEY WEIGH WHEN THEY WEIGH EACTLY WHAT THEY SHOULD. You are not over weight, an d how did you get the idea that you were? If it was because of the teasing, tell the next taser to stuff it. If it was the guy's, why don't you try talking to them, instead of waiting for him to make the first move. The only reason you don't have a guy is because you won't do something. Have lot's of guy friends, and they like my personality, not my body. I'm not fat, and neither are you. so quit worryin about it! [ kitzykat's advice column | Ask kitzykat A Question ]

Also, start running, working out, or whatever physical activity you enjoy. No one can tell whether you're really chubby (mean kids will tell you anything to hurt your feelings, whether it's true or not) by knowing your weight because it depends not only on your weight and age, but also your height. Avoid fast food and processed foods such as frozen dinners and lunchmeats because they do not have things in them that are good for you. If you go out for a hamburger, throw out 1/2 of the bun and fold the other in half. Don't eat fries if possible.
