okay. well im 110 pounds and 5'4. im not fat but i dont like the way i look. i dont eat a lot at all, and i eat no junk food.
ex. today i had a cup of low fat yogurt for breakfast and for lunch im having a few crackers (like 5) and a piece of cheese. I never really eat dinner b.c im not hungry. I workout everyday, i do atleast 3 hours of pilates, crunches, leg lifts etc. I guess i kinda do starve myself, but i hate feeling full. Is all of this really that bad?
any tips on how to "safely" lose like 5-10 pouns in like 2 weeks ?
