Askme247 answered Tuesday April 24 2007, 8:04 pm: Okay set a limit for yourself such as "im only going to be on the computer one time this week" or whatever you feel is nessesary... once you have been on it that one time... unplug the keyboard and ,mouse for the back of the computer and give them to you parents and then at the start of the next week they will let you have them until the next time you use the computer..

hide your computer chair, to where it will make it uncomfortable for you to sit. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
sizzlinmandolin answered Tuesday April 24 2007, 7:04 pm: Just set a limit for yourself. Say "I'm only going to go on the computer 2 times this week." Once you've been on 2 times (even if it was on the same day) you're not allowed to go back on again until the next week. It will probaby be hard in the beginning, but once you get going with it, it will be much easier for you to budget your time and make the right choices about when you should be on the computer and when you shouldn't. Limiting the number of times you can be on will make it so that sometimes you can't be on and will have to find other things to do. All you need in order to do this is a strong will, which anybody can have if they believe they can. Good luck! :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
