I have been dancing for 11 years so I think I can help.

First off, you can't shimmy fast right away. Just keep practicing and you'll just keep getting better and better.

like shimmying? lol.
because i've been dancing for 7 years and i'm pretty sure thats what you're talking about.

well there is no way to get faster right away. you need to start off slow but make sure you're doing it correctly. so slow but good. and then slowly start doing them faster.

give it some time, and it will get easier.
