Well since it is soon going to be summer, i'm going to start wearing bathing suits. I already have a workout routine, but I need to know some good exercises for my butt, and thighs. I'm skinny in all other areas, but it's just my butt is like kinda big. This is kind of gross to explain but it kind of overlaps the top of my thighs. My thighs aren't THAT BIG, but I want to tone those up a little too. What are some good excersises for these areas and how many should I do? Also should I hold weights?
