seersucker
I have a pair of blue and white seersucker bermudas that i love. But I have no idea what kind of top would go. any suggestions?

i would try either a navy blue/white/bright pink (like the color of the grosgrain belt on them)
v-neck cashmere sweater. a simple polo in any of these colors would work as well.

That's a good base for pretty much any color. Personally I'd wear yellow with them or red. White would work as well, or you could wear navy.
A halter or tank top would pair nicely with the length of the shorts. Since they're a longer cut, you don't have to worry about looking too bare with a tank top. It'd be best to stay away from more stripes on the top or a design because it will take away from the pants. A simple top such as this:

Would look nice. You could pair it with a long chain necklace to add a little to this simple shirt.

You could wear like a light blue, light pink, or white cami, that would look cute. Or just a cute tee shirt in those colors.

a shirt that is like that color blue or has that color blue in it like the person below me said, maybe a hollister or abercrombie shirt that has the wrds in light blue. if u wear like a light blue head band and ballet flats it would look cute.

I would maybe try a white shirt with maybe something with that color blue in it somewhere (like maybe a hco shirt that says hollister in light blue letters)
