Question Posted Saturday April 21 2007, 12:09 am

I'm trying to lose weight or at least become more lean and muscular. and i'm trying to eat better but i've been eating what i think is alot. like i'll eat an 2 gonola bars and i'll be like oh i'll work it off later. its not that much only 90 calroies for such a good taste. so normally i eat it. but then later sometimes i'm like ahh why did i eat tha ti'm so stupid. and i just wanna like go back and not eat it. and then i usually end up never working it off. so what can i do to not eat that extra gonola bar or whatever. or what are some tips to help me eat healither.
thanks.

hey, 90 calories is not a lot at all. you shouldnt be worried about those kind of calories. there fine. also 100 calorie packs are great. they have oreos and chocolate chip cookies etc. for just 100 calories. weight watcher diet dinners are also awesome. just buy only healthy foods instead of the usual junk food that you buy. that way you will get hungry and have to eat the healthy food because there wont be any junk food. ask the rest of the family to join you in your healthy eating or to keep there junk food somewhere else. you could always keep your healthy food somewhere else. maybe get a mini fridge in your room etc. here are some healthy eating tips i got for you also.

Well the thing is to run a healthy life you need 2000 calories a day and two granola bars wont hurt. Especially if your replacing them with really bad junk food. becoming more muscular you need to eat good food and granola bars have good nutrients you need in them. I am not saying eat them all the time but when you work out or run eat them after words because it replenishes what you just lost while working out. Dont fret over granola. just dont gorge yourself in chips.. you'll feel bad about that later. trust me. =]
