surprise party

so whats a good "going away" party theme or some ideas? for 14 year olds. mabye a huge scavenger hunt or dj and dancing? i just have noo idea what to do. it will be with boys and girls and about 20-30 people. it can be a surprise or not. thanks for your help, i really need it.

hey, well if you have it at like a hall with a dj and dancing, its going to be kind of obvious if your making it a surprise party. i can see if your having it at a friends house and then you bring the person who is going away there and say its just to hangout, than have it be a surprise, but at the hall, that just gives it away. if you want to go for the hall and dj theme, let the person know about it. its just as good. they will still know that your thinking about them and that you care enough to host a party for them. have cameras in the center of each table and have them turn the cameras into you at the end. get the pictures developed for the person, then give them to them in a scrapbook. i think thats a great idea. then maybe for the color theme, pick one or two of the persons favorite colors. pretty themes are pink and silver and aqua, silver, and black. good luck for hosting the party!
