if a guy that has had sex with 7 girls.. i don't know if he has a disease or not.. probably not.. but let's just say he does. if me and him do it, and he wears a condom, could i still get a disease?

YES YES YES! The only thing condoms are good protection from is pregnancy...and it's not even 100% on that.
EDIT: Here's my response to yours when you rated me. A LOT of STDs are transmitted by skin on skin contact...like herpes, warts, etc (even if they are not in the middle of a breakout). And there's also always a chance of the condom breaking. Hope that helps. :)

Even though he would wear a condom, there's still a chance that you could get an STD. But, a condom won't protect you from the HIV virus.
EDIT:
Not all STD's can, but the HIV virus can, even if you have mouth-to-mouth contact. Or, in fact, some diseases have mouth-to-mouth contact, or blood-to-blood contact.
Just be careful.
