A doctor can't find out about masturbating and neither can anyone else unless you tell them or get walked in on. Doctors can find out if you've been sexually active though. You've got nothing to worry about.

the only way someone can find out is if you blab or you get caught. a doctor can not find out unless you seriously hurt yourself and need to tell him. sex is probably more intimate or strong becuase your doing it with somebody else. but you can still give yourself great pleasure by yourself.
