how much muscle do you want to gain? Gaining muscle usually means gaining weight by the way.

If you want to mainly build muscles in your arms, i'd recommend doing some type of tricep extention lift such as skull crushers and some bicep lifts such as hammer curls. If you want to build up just a little a muscle i can give you a really fast workout

1. Run 1/2-1 mile
2. Go do 4x8 of skull crushers with a weight you that you feel is heavy, but not impossible to lift. 4x8 means do it 8 times, rest a little, do it 8 more times, rest a little, etc... until you do a total of 32 times, or 4 sets.
3. 4x8 of hammer curls.
Drink a protein shake afterwards

This should take you no more tahn 30 minutes

Do that workout every other day.

The running 1/2 to 1 mile isn't necessary if you'r just focused on your arms, but it will make you a lot more fit and your butt and legs will look better. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat 6 small meals every day. Also make sur you drink the protein shake.(that might also help you gain some more fat) If you feel like you've gained too much muscle or too much fat, just cut down on working out.

Just mostly stay toward weights, and push ups. That is the simpleist way to gain muscle. Also, I am sure you can look up some good excersizes on Google. Google has everything. You don't want to do tredmill or other machines either those are mostly for fat, trust me i have a trainer. Good luck, and hope I helped you!

That should not be a problem, usually its the other way around... how to gain muscle without gaining fat. What you need to do is to start weight training (if you havent done so already). Then make sure you eat a good bulking diet. That means a healthy calorie surplus, and frequent meals (every 3 hours or so).

If you eat enough, you will not lose any more fat. Its all in the diet really. I would start with a 500 calorie surplus on top of what you are buring (approximately) and see how that goes.

Good luck.

if you gain muscle your matabolism will raise and you'll loose fat no matter what, but if you want muscle just lift wieghts, it'll build curves so it won't matter if you loose that fat.
