thighs/legs and stomache

what are excercises to tone your thighs,legs,and stomache? i really need help,and how long will it take till i see results?

If you want to lose some fat from those areas and tone a bit, you should do some cardio- running, riding a bike, swimming. I have a weight room at my school, but I'm not sure if you do, and we have specific machines to help tone those areas. If you can get to a gym that'd be even better because they have a variety of machines. You also have to have a good diet and drink a lot of water. Just warning you, you aren't going to see results in a week. Don't give up though, because that's why a lot of people give up on exercising, because they don't see instant results. Give it a few weeks and you should start seeing some improvement. Good luck!

The fastest way is to eat right and watch you calorie intake, Runnning is proably the fastest way to get results.
