i've been to paris, and even though it may seem depressing and dark in the rain, paris is always a beautiful city.
you know how in movies, the couple always kisses in the rain? that probably has to do with it. it's probably something romantic, but it can also be because of all the beautiful buildings and, of course, the eiffel tower. i think it's just that paris is ALWAYS beautiful no matter what. I've been in Paris while it is raining thought, and yes rain fell rather softly, but it was just as cold and wet as it is anywhere else, and just like most places, it was Paris after the rain that was prettiest.
