everyone hates eachother and well all be together!!!
im going to a relay for life this month. in our team its all my cousins and everyones friends we usuakky end up with 35-45 people. im going to invite people this year and their my best friends and only friends but i cant invite my bff because hes a guy and i cant have 8 girls and a guy. so he cant go and my parents hate it now im gothic its just how i am ive been like this for over a year and they still get mad everytime i wear any black or anything gothic or listen to the music i like and music is my life. we get in atleast 3 fights a day. on who i am MY personality MY friends MY misic MY clothes. not hers but she yells then she wont shut up so i yell then she says whatever do what you want. then later on like within 3 hours she starts it again. she says i can do what i want but wont let me. then all my friends are gothic but 2 includeing him. we all cuss and do alot of pranks and talk perverted. another thing my cousins and family will yell about. also i have to invite some of the preps thats the thing about it. were the only peoplein the school who DO not get along. us 8 then them 9. i used to but we got in a big fight because their tellin me who my friends can only be so i left them. and i have to invite atleast 2. and my mom says i have to and i say no she starts up the yelling. we all have to go around together. itll be a hell of a relay. so to sum it up cousins and parents tell me all im doing wrong ALWAYS and hate my friends. i cant invite my bff. i have to invite my enemies. my enemies and my friends HATE eachother. me and my mom will have so many fight during the 12 hour relay. ill end up having to help her with stuff and my friends and enemies will kill eachother seriosly. how do i solve all that? dont say kindly talk to your mom. i dont stereotype but i did to show it all. omfg plz help!!!

I've been told I'm goth although I personally thing I just have my own little style because one day I will be goth and the next I'll look totally different depending on how I feel (and how bothered I can be about what to wear, hehe). However, either way, I try to get along with everyone regardless as to how they class themselves or how they dress and what music they prefer. Generally it works but you do always get the few who just refuse to get along purely because you are don't dress the same and such.
Firstly, with your mom. Just try and avoid conflict. Shouting back at yourmom will not serve any purpose other than make her madder at you and blame your lifestyle for the way you are acting out. So, my advice, just refuse to get into an argument. Should have seen my mom the first time I had got my pants with the chains all over it or when I got my hair dyed red - mom was seriously not happy. She hated it so much but now I have my hair red pretty much permanently (every time I get it cut I dye it red again) so it's been red now pretty much since last year. Mom has stopped complaining about it now too because she's so used to seeing it. She may still hate it but I don't get the ear ache anymore. :) As for you and your friends talking perverted, I'd say for a 13 year old that's good cause for your mom to be concerned - what parent wouldn't be? But this is something you may nver actually understand until you are in their place and it's something that is to be expected from your mom who cares about your well being. If your mom hates your friends maybe you should try and invite a couple over? Get them to meet your mom and vice versa so she can see that their not as bad as she may imagine (tv, movies and media hold nothing back when it comes to making people look like something their not so your mom may simply have the wrong idea about them from what she may have seen elsewhere).
Now your friends... I have a mixed group of friends and they generally do get along quite well. Since you are the team captain though throw your title around a bit. TELL them all if they want to hate each other that's their own problem but for the relay you want them to concentrate on the task at hand and get it done. That's what being the team captain is all about.
