South Beach Diet

A couple of questions because it seems like somethhing that would really help me lol.

1) Does the South Beach Diet really work?
2) Is it safe to do?
3) Does it cut out all carbs?

1) Yes, it has worked for LOTS of people. However, different diets work for different people.
2) Yes, the South Beach Diet is a very well balanced diet plan.
3) No, no diet completely cuts out carbs...you NEED carbs. Atkins is a "low carb" diet while South Beach is a "good carb/bad carb" diet. It's just different types of carbs and you add them slowly.
