ok well....
for some reason recently i've been eating a lot more then i usually do. I now have like fat just above my hip. i am going to flordia on may 26 and i need to get rid of it by then to wear my bathing suit. what should i do?

Simple, diet and exercise.
Eating:
-1200-1500 calories a day
-5 small meals a day
-Whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean meat
-LOTS of water...at least 8-10 glasses a day
-Watch your intake of sugar, sodium, calories, carbs, saturated fat
Exercise:
-Work out at least 30 minutes a day 3-5 days a week
-Running/Jogging/Walking is good for you, that's a good choice
-Also do toning exercise. If you want to tone your stomach, do crunches, leg lifts, etc (google "ab exercises")
A well balanced diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight in a healthy way. NEVER take diet supplements. They just plain don't work. Also, don't starve yourself or go on a fast...your body goes into shock and you could possibly GAIN weight...and it won't stay off for very long even if you do lose. ]
