I agree with Sabine that you may want to bring this up with your doctor. You should strongly consider her advice, since she has a medical background.
Though, since I see that you are 14, it wouldn't be menopause, but it maybe it's possible that it is due to hormonal changes faced during the puberty years?
Something to ask about if you go to the doctor, which is a good idea.

Sweaty feet and hands can be caused by many different things. Mostly, right now I can help you out with your feet. Sweaty feet are probably caused by over-active sweat glands. Sweat glands on the soles of feet { and the palms of your hands} respond mostly to emotion, metal, or emotional stress. To solve this problem. Wash your feet in the morning and evening in soapy water, in a warmish water, not hot. Then dry them. Put some baby powder, some other type of powder and then put a fresh pair of socks on. Try not to wear the same pair of shoes each and every day. If you only own one pair of shoes, change your socks during the day. And, if you play a sport after school, change your socks before practice.Hope I helped! Happy Spring!

'Night sweats' are a medical condition that can indicate several things (menopause, tuberculosis, leukemia, thyroid problems) or nothing at all. It's best to see a doctor.

I'm sorry you're going through this. Bummer.
