In fitness magazines, I always see these women with this like on their abs. Ive been working on my abs alot lately and i just cant seem to get that line. Does anyone know what kind of workout your supposed to do to get it?
Do a warmup lap(s). About 1/4 or 1/2 a mile. Then do 100 crunches
Run several miles each day(I'd recommend around 5). If you can't do that, work your way up, but make sure once you get there, you are running(it should take you about half an hour).
Then do another 100 crunches
Rest a few minutes
Do 100 situps
Rest another few minutes
do 4x10 leg lifts, with a minute rest between each set.
Do all of the above 4 times a week, avoid junkfood and soda and you'll get very nice abs.

a few work outs are the acordian, crunches, leg lifts, leg push ups, bicycle, and one other i cant quite find the name.
the acoridan is basically this....
when you you lay on the floor, legs and arms in an I position, then you srunch up, but not totally, just to where your abbs hurt. do about 25 then rest then another 25.
we all know crunches, and leg lifts is when u are on the ground as an I arms at the side, and lift your legs about 6 inches off the ground for 10 seconds, do that a few times
for leg push ups, you need a partner, lie down and hold onto his or her ankles while she or he pushes your legs down[[in front and to the sides]] but you feet cant touch the ground.
the one i dnt know tha name of, you get ina push up position[[perfect position]] and instead of you arms out to the side put the together in front of you face, and hold it there for about 30 seonds....
do all of these for about a month or two, or maybe more...all the while you should run about 3-4 miles a week, this may also help you abs. it worked for me
