I used to not be able to give a hickey, but i have my own technique. I make my lips in kind of an 'o' shape, and suck until i get a nice piece of skin...you might have to go on for a minute, but just keep sucking it into your mouth. It's supposed to hurt the person a little, so dont be afraid of that.
