How do I make my legs skinner and my stomach flatter in 5days?

You could always stop time, exercise for a good two to three months, then start time again. It'll actually take you awhile but people will only notice a good 5 days.

Honey I hate to break it to you, but it won't happen. First of all there is no possible way to spot treat fat, yes you can build muscle in certain areas, but fat cannot be spot treated.

Generally skinnier legs and flatter tummys require weight loss, no? Well doctors recomend that you lose 2.5 lbs a week AT THE MOST, they would prefer 1.5 lbs, but different bodies break down fats in different ways.

What you asked was the wrong question, the right question would be "How can I tone up my legs and tummy in the long run"

Just remember Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was the perfect body!
