I'm not sure if any of these will be what you are looking for or not, but in my opinion they are really really good songs. You could also check out some of the other lyrics by these bands.
And sorry if the list ends up super long, I'm really into music so I tend to get carried away sometimes.

"Hate Me" - Blue October
"Time Is Running Out" - Muse
"Self-Conclusion" - The Spill Canvas
"What It Is To Burn" - Finch
"What Ever Happened?" - The Strokes
"Everything I Once Had" - The Honorary Title
"Life Is Beautiful" - Vega 4
"Creep" - Radiohead
"Heroine" - Something Corporate (the acoustic version is especially nice)
"The Mixed Tape" - Jack's Mannequin
"Ships" - The Park Bench Rant
"Okay I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't" - Brand New
"I Liked You Better Before You Were Naked On The Internet" - From First To Last
"Driftwood" - Cursive
"Closer" - Bleed the Dream
"A Day Late" - Anberlin
"Doctors And Dealers" - Dirty Pretty Things
"Deja Vroom" - Rory
"Teasing To Please" - Cute Is What We Aim For
"Haligh, Haligh, A Lie, Haligh" - Bright Eyes
"The Shore" - Mashlin

How about:

"Gingerbreak Coffin" by Rasputina (maybe relates to your childhood, when you were different from the rest of the kids - it does with me)
"Lebanese Nights" by Chris De Burgh (if you've lived a war - i have)
"Airport Song" by Guster (if you've moved recently or live in a place you don't like)
"Coin Operated Boy" by The Dresden Dolls (for girls: if you've had a breakup recently and want a boy who's not real [coin operated XD])
"Colored People" by DC Talk (if you're against racism)
"Stupid MF" by Mindless Self Indulgence (this is confusing to explain ... I guess it's addressed to people who're annoying and need you to tell them the same thing 5 times for them to understand! if people like that piss you off, this song's for you!)
"The New Zero" by Rasputina (if you're the new kid at school who's rejected and wants to go someplace where she will be accepted)
"Lazy" by Freezepop (if you LOVE sleeping and hate getting up early in the morn - this song literally makes you fall in love with sleeping!)
"Message in a Bottle" by Police (if you're someone who wants to reach out to the world for help and to give a message)

Again, check the lyrics of these songs. They're reallllly meaningful! You'll get the message across like that *snaps fingers*.

Best of luck!
Kay.
