Whatever you do, don't shave. It'll only grow back thicker, and will be more noticeable since you have dark hair. I'm persian, and know exactly where you're coming from (if I could count the number of times I've compared myself to those white girls, lol). I'm guessing you're a girl, and that's why you don't like having hair on your stomach- but I might be wrong. But anyway, you can try waxing. Overtime your hair should grow out finer..or at least it won't be any different than how it is now.
Don't shave, or use nair or anything like that.
I'm guessing that you don't have THAT much hair on your stomach, so don't worry about it. But if it's really bothering you, you can try waxing your stomach yourself or going to a salon to get it done.

First it is likely the only one noticing your hair is you and it is not something to worry about however if it really bothers you and you need to do something to feel more confident you can shave (careful because while hair growing in thicker is an old wives tale you may still see the follicle you cannot remove because a razor only removes hair to the skin's surface and would then have tiny black spots) for this reason I would recommend waxing which is an inexpensive way to remove unwanted hair.

are a you a guy or girl?

If you're a girl, shaving it or waxing it should pretty much fix it and you won't have anything to worry about.

If you're a guy, consider yourself lucky, girls like hair.

Try Nair, waxing, or even shaving. Hair on skin like the stomach doesn't usually grow back prickly like leg hair does. Even so, nair or waxing would probably be your best bet.

ETA: If you only wanted dark-skinned girls who have the same exact problem, you should have said so in your question. Otherwise, it's unfair that you gave me a 3 and the other person a 2 just because we don't have the exact same problem. We pretty much told you the same thing.
