does anyone no how to get rid of 'love handles'

if you're anorexic you probably don't ACTUALLY have them, but if you're overweight the only way to get rid of them is to reduce your total body fat content- by dieting and exercising.


if you're thin and you just want to firm the area up you can jut do some side exercises. look that up on google.
