I do that a lot when I like a guy and are with friends. She's just trying to be fun and show how awesome she can be around you. Well, whenever you guys are alone it could mean that she is not confortable. It could be a little awkward for her to be alone with you, and she is used to being together with you around friends. I feel the same way, ok like when girls are around the guy and friends they feel more energetic. But when alone, they like freak out, and just dont know how to react. Just try to make her feel that everything is ok. Just kiss her and things will be fine. Dont worry if something is wrong with her becasue its just common for most girls. Hope that helped! :)

While when you are all with your friends, she's around all of those people, so she feels more comfortable with you. And she knows you're more than likely not going to make a move, while everyone is around.
I'm not saying she doesn't want you to make a move, but for example -- When I'm with a guy I like, I may flirt with him while our friends are there, but I may be afraid to do that when we're alone, because he might try something. More than likely, I'll want him to make a move even if it's just a few sweet words. It's just that seems to scare me every once in a while, or for lack of a better word: nervous.

Or, she could just get the joy of teasing you, & not have any actual feelings about being more than friends with you.
