Let's say you're a junior in high school and want to go to a certain college, and you want to start taking classes at the college the summer after graduation. Can you take classes that early, and if you can, how soon do you apply?

Im a sophmore and I know some of my friends are taking courses at the college over the summer, but I dont know if you can in Jr High or not.
