Go to a store, like Walgreens. Buy these 2 hair dyes: Swedish Blonde under the Ash section & Dark Blonde under the Natural section - [Link](Mouse over link to see full location).
open up both of the boxes, read the instucrtions, mix them up. then put the color on streaks of your hair. wrap the streak in foil after it's fully coated. leave for about 30 minutes. rinse out. To Fix: buy Got2Be- "curl vacious" it's in a little spray bottle & it's green. this- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) To use: shampoo your hair. barely towel-dry it. prop up your blow dryer on the sink or something. spray curl-vacious through your hair, while scrunching & blow-drying. keep spraying if needed. hairspray if needed.

Take the picture to the hairdresser & she'll do what's done to her head on your's. And she'll tell you how to keep it looking that way.
