I just joined freewebs.com and i cant figure out how to make a layout like this:

You don't want that layout. They use improper HTML, so 30% of everyone that goes there can't see it. You can see the markup validation results:

Hi. I suck at HTML but my twin sister is amazing. Shes tommys_baby on here, you could ask her. Although the best place I know for layouts is www.createblog.com. Try them.
