In my opinion I would tell him if you think it is noticable & something you are uncomfortable with/worried about, but when I say tell him I don't mean like just randomly blurting it out or anything... There are times when me and my bf have been discussing things we don't like about ourselves... for example in conversation you could pick a part of your boyfriend you really like and tell him... then ask him if there are any parts of him he doesn't like, and *fingers crossed* he will ask you the same question and you can explain how you feel uncomfortable about your breasts. If he really cares about you I'm sure he won't mind! & this way it blends into conversation and you can find out your bf's weak points too! But you have to feel like you can trust him enough to tell him - and by the sound of it you sound like you can :)
I hope this helps you out! Best of luck, if you have any more questions don't hestiate to contact me :) x x [ burningXstar's advice column | Ask burningXstar A Question ]
