My video has 3 segments. If I were to do the segment for arms and shoulders daily would my waist thicken? or should I do that one 3 times a week as well?
And if I use weights will it make my arms look thicker rather than leaner? Thanks!

I told you that you're not using nearly enough weight to build any serious Arnold-like mass in any area of the body. You're not going to get leaner by doing weights, you're going to build muscle. You are only going to get leaner by cardio and dieting. ]
