If you really get injured you should ice it for tenty minutes, then stop for twenty then ice again, then stop....dnt repeat. there are also many types of pills you can take, but some arent always good. also when you run it doesnt just burn calories, it make syou muscaaaals stronger. after running for solong, the unused leg muscals will need to be used, and you will get those...also if you do abbs[[crunchs, bycicle, achordian, things like that...]] it will helps your abbs, and not just burn calories. What your doing is good, but be careful not to overwork yourself or run too much on concrete becasue joint pains or injuries mayy occur.... trust me, i may be young but ive been doing track for so long, and im currently injured from running on concrete too much without any rest.....so just bee careful of all of these things
hope i helped

If you feel pain in any of your joints after excersise, start taking cod liver oil capsules - I know they are gross but you will thank yourself later when your joints are still well and working :)
