Crappy as in how? I know people that have gotten a little queezy after their first time. Its just because you're not used to it. There is always a risk of an STD. I've heard that cum is actually full of vitimans, so can actually help your body.
:D

You can DEFINITELY get an STD from blow jobs. You should use a condom whenever coming in contact with his genitals. Here's a quote from a Human Sexuality webpage:

"Don't even take his penis in your mouth without a condom on it - all kinds of scary critters, including HIV, can live in "pre-cum" and others like herpes can live on the skin of the penis or scrotum."

As for feeling sick from the cum, you CAN get nausea or a mild stomachache from swallowing ejaculate. However, it won't harm your digestive system or your stomach or anything in a physical way.

To add to both responses, sperm is a good source of protein. So in a sense, it's good for you.

I agree with the person below be about everything but anther thing is that you sometimes can get an upset your stomach from it because your body is not used to the cum.

if your partner cums in your mouth it really could matter because they might have an STD but you shouldn't feel crappy just enjoy yourself lol and be safe and if you wanna be 00% sure than put a condom over it so you dont come in contact with the cum
