i love having my friends but my mother says that i dont have friends when i know she really does know but how can i get her to really admit it?

I'm not sure how you can do that, honestly. Just talk to her about it, and let her know that you think she should say you have friends, being as she knows you do. And hey, if she doesn't admit it, the only thing you need to know, is that you know you have friends. No one else needs to validate that.
