SO STRESSED

i really need advice. I have track for two hours everyday after school and my school is about 30 minutes away from where i live, and so i basically get home at 6. this week i have a HUGE science project due, a math quiz thursday, french quiz wednesday, english project sue[[that i barely started]], history test monday[[maybe tuesday]] and PLUS my birthday party is saturday! AND i give a history presenttion tomorrow!!! im real stressed and i KNOW i dnt have enough time to do ANY of this! in my track you can skip one day, well i ALREADY skipped today!!! and i feel bad skipping another day, but im stressing with all my homework and projects and tests and quizes, PLUS i havent taken a shower in TWO days because of it! WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!

plus i dnt know what to tell my parents, and i need some destressing remedies...have ANY???.

OK, calm down. First take a shower, hygein(sp) is always important. Then think about what comes first in the week, work on that for a while. The next day do the same thing, take a relaxing warm shower and then work on whats due the closest. When you are on your free-time, drink some herbal tea, this will help relax your muscel, cause im guessing you're pretty stressed out, and then take a nice, warm, soothing bath and brinng the radio inside your bathroom and listen to jazz or classical and also some ensenssce(sp), or whatever calms your nerves. You will be very relaxed in about an hour. Then go to bed and get a good nights rest. I suggest you do this on a weekend, like on a Friday.

school comes before after school sports. tell your track coach that you have tons of homework this week, and need to miss another day or so. they will understand, b/c the law or rule or whatever is that school comes first. if you start to get bad grades, you cant run track.

don't skip. let the track coach know what's going on. he/she will be cool with it no matter what. it's for school. that comes first and the coach will understand.


as for your parents, let them know what's going on. tell them everything. take a shower too :)

put on some music. relaxing music. do your favorite thing to do for an hour. just chill. after that, recollect yourself and do what you need to do. it's a matter of prioritizing mostly. pick the most important subjects and do what you need to for those first. skip track until all of this has passed (let the coach know first of course).
