okay so before every lacrosse practice, i get really really nervous. and these practices aren't death or anything..i mean some of them are hard, but it's only sprints. i get really nervous that we're gonna have a really hard practice and that i'm not gonna be able to make it through, and i have this constant nervous pit in my stomach. any way to control this?

Just do some running and working out on your own, and it will get easier a lot faster. Have fun with lax--its an awesome sport! [ curliecue's advice column | Ask curliecue A Question ]

you might be on too much caffeine.
that can put your nerves "on edge".
i can't seem to figure out why i get this still, but i can control it by inhaling and exhaling deeply several times. slowly.
