safe mode

I have windows XP , and my computer is on safe mode. i was wondering if anyone knows how i could possibly turn it off. I despritly need to download itunes and because of safe mode i am not being able to. thanxx :]

When you start the computer, right after you press the "on" button, hold down F8. At the menu, use the arrow keys to select "start normally", then press enter. If it restarts you to safe mode again, go back to the F8 menu and select "disable automatic restart on system error"(or something like that), press enter. It should be fixed. If you get a big blue screen, write down all the text on the screen and send it to me in a personal question. Good luck!

If you hold down the power button on your modem, it should shut down, then just restart automatically.
