when will I get my period
Please help. I am a 13 year old girl. I am pretty small (5 ft, 87 pounds). I want to know when I will get my period. I have had pubic hair for like a couple years and I have had discharge for probably a year. I feel so left out because all my friends have had there period and I have heard that your breasts get bigger when you get your period. I am so insecure at this stage of my life and I do not know what to do!! HELP! Thanks <3.

hey! well, usually, you get your period when you are about 100 pounds, some girls come a little later, and some come a little earlier

im pretty sure your weight shouldnt matter
but i wouldnt stress about i because that could delay it

you will usually start around the same time as them
but as for me
my mom started when she was 8 and i started at 15 A 7 YEAR DIFFERENCE

omg you are so luck you dont have it.. trust me. you really dont want to get your period. you should be really happy cause getting your period truly is NOT fun. with constantly having to change your tampon / pad, PMS, sores, etc. it's just not something that's fun to live with.
you are still growing & you will realize that when you get a growth spurt, maybe a couple of inches, you might get your period then. or if you notice your breasts get bigger. press on the center of your nipple. if you are days away from your period, it will hurt / feel sore. so that's a sign.
you will get it eventually in a few years or even months. just wait it out & PLEASE believe me when i say ENJOY YOUR LIFE BEFORE YOU GET YOUR PERIOD.
haha i know you feel insecure & left out, but it's truly fine. there is nothing wrong with you - lots of girls don't get their period until they are like, 16! so you still have lots of time.

The thing is hun, you can't do anything. Every girl is differnt, and everyones period comes at a differnt time. For you, obviously, its a little later. Honestly, PLEASE enjoy this stage of your life while you have it, because periods are NOT FUN AT ALL! Consider yourself thankful you don't have it yet.
