does caffene help your metabolism go faster?

no it does not, but green tea does. if you drink it, it will boost your metabloslism. i dont know if it works on everyone, because it works with my mom, but my friend tried it, and she didnt find a differemce.

No it won't. It may give you a short burst of mental energy, but that has nothing to do with your metabolism. There are quite a few things you can do to help get your metabolism going. Try this for some great tips.
