Ok well for starters you should get like maybe 3 and a half inches off, if not more. And layered in the back would make it more managable, and look pretty. Also get the front angled. Trust me it will look wicked pretty.

This is what the angled part in the front will look like... hope you like it.

this is sort of what the back of your head will look like... ( sorry i couldnt get a better picture)

i have a friend who has hair that is like yours. a shorter cut with layers would be nice. you seem to have thick hair so layers would be nice and easy. but not too many that are too short, just enough to make it look pretty, and still style it. a good legnth would be a little bit, about an inch and a half below you shoulders. hoe that helps.

hey

well your hair lacks volume & texture, which you would get if you got layers. so i'm all for the layers.

i think you can do most of the stuff at home - it looks like you have side bangs which are just swept along with the rest of your hair, flat & straightened. after you get the volume from layers ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) you can just blow dry your bangs separately.

if you don't have side bangs, i suggest getting them because you have a nicely shaped face & it would enhance your features.

try not to straighten your hair so much - just give it a little volume by curling it, or blowdrying upside down.
