Ok, so I have really, really bad period cramps and I want to make them go away fast because I'm going out in about an hour. Any ideas?

Midol works wonders.
It's amazing, it starts working in like 20 minutes.

hey

midol works really well, & fast. try a couple, or the dosage recommended. other than that, take a nice warm bath [ bath - not shower? ] & it will sooth your stomach area. lay on your back & read a book - or put a heating pad on your stomach.
