try reading something that you are interested in; its a lot easier to focus what your doing when you actually LIKE what your doing, or learnig about.

if this becomes a problem that you are generally worried about, talk to your doctor; a medicine called aderol (im on that) will help tremendously on getting your focus in tact; and not just with reading, either!!!

PLEASE, TELL ME IF THIS INFORMATION HELPED YOU OR NOT... RATE ME TRUTHFULLY; I'D APPRECIATE IT.

I've started reading during a commercial and had the show go off without my ever realizing it!

The secret is you have to find a book you can really get into. If it is a school lesson and a bit boring you will have to find a quiet place and just read. If it is reading for pleasure, just make sure it is interesting to you. If it isn't there are lots more books to choose from. :)

well go into a room with no one eles in there and just sit there and start reading try to think that you are the main character and try to picture what is going on in the book in your head.
