bra while you sleeppp
okay so i need the facts: someone told me its good to wear a bra to sleep when your devloping because it helpss to shape them and when your already developed it prevents sagging. but then someone else told me it deforms your breast if you wear a bra to bed? which is true? do you guys wear bras to bed?

i hate sleeping with a bra it sucks and is un cofortable i dont think its bad for you thats rediculus but i think you should do whatevers more comfortable i don t think it will affect u either way u go

if you wear a small shoe, it won't stop your feet from growing. it's just a myth. wear a bra to hold them up! :)

certain bras prevent the growth of the breasts.
i sometimes wear a bra to bed if i forget to take it off, but generally you shouldn't. your boobies need to breath too! & you wear it all day anyway, so why wear it to sleep?
