just rub the area around where your urine comes out, or the area above that little hole. that's probably where it feels best. just apply different forms of pressure there & use your fingers in different ways. occasionally put your fingers into your vaj. & you'll probably realize a clear liquid will come out of that hole. that just means your aroused.
another way to derive pleasure is by putting the showerhead to your genital area. this even works if you don't have a hand shower to take down. just sit in the shower with your legs apart & the different spurts of water will work, too.
