serious ab work ok i am having some troubles here with keeping going anorexic and then eating again off and on. the MAIN thing i am really worried about is my abs. now tell me some vvery efficient ways to get some serious abs. i sort of have a 4 pack now. can i make it more defined and mayb even a 6 pack? i have a gym with my parents and they were possibly thinking about getting me back with my personal trainer. so just get some efficient ways to get a some serious packs?!

ask any guy and they'll say a line (2pack) or cross (4pack) is hotter tha a girl with a 6 pack.

One of the best ab exercises is bicycle crunches.
You lay down with your hands behind your head,you bend your knees 90° and then alternately raise your legs to bring your right elbow and left knee together and then left elbow and right knee together, resulting in a leg motion that resembles pedaling a bicycle. If you google that you can find a video demonstration.
If i were you i would just do lots of crunches, because they work more to maintain your abs, not to build more ]
First of all DON'T TRY ANOREXIA! Now if you really want nice abs(which according to you you already do!) it can be really easy. Just remember that even if you do the workout if you don't eat helthily you won't see results. Now for the work out. Choose 3 or 4 days each week to do this. First stretch/warm up. Then 20 sit ups, 20 bicycles and 20 crunches. Also try breathing in deeeply, holding it for 10 seconds than letting it out like 5 times in a row. I hope I helped.
