Honestly the healthy way is the only real way to go. You can try pills, shakes, fasting and fads & you will lose weight fast. The problem is your health suffers a major blow, it's too hard to stick to for long periods of time and you will eventually gain it all back and then some.
Some little tips: chew your food very well (like 20 times or so), eat without distractions, try to incorporate more veggies into your diet, drink loads of water and increase your activity. Find an exercise (or sport) or any other activity you like to do (skating, walking your dog, etc), and just have fun doing it. ]
